Dispatch & handling
In-stock pieces are packed and dispatched within one business day. Made-to-order and personalised pieces — boxed sets assembled to your colour choice — need five business days at the workshop before they leave us. Whichever applies, you get a tracked link by email the moment your order ships.
Delivery times & costs
Standard tracked delivery is $6.95, free on orders over $75.00. Express delivery is $14.95. Delivery estimates begin the day your order dispatches, not the day you order it.

Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method:
- Faulty or damaged in transit — email us a photo and we send a prepaid return label. Full refund including your original delivery charge.
- Change of mind — refunded in full for the items; return postage is deducted at a flat $7.95 per return.
Breakage promise. Enamel is tough but glass is glass. If a piece arrives cracked or chipped, send a photo and we replace it free — no need to ship the broken one back and nothing deducted.
Duties & taxes
Orders to the US, EU, UK and Canada ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties and import VAT are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing to settle with the courier on delivery and no surprise fees afterwards.
