About this piece
Holes punched before firing, then the whole piece is glazed so the rims of every hole are sealed. Two flat handles instead of one loop, so it can be lifted level when full.
Size & capacity
26cm diameter × 11cm deep. Capacity 3 litres.
Material & care
Vitreous enamel on 1.2mm steel, fired twice at 800°C. Dishwasher safe, oven safe to 230°C, freezer safe. Not microwave safe. Avoid metal utensils and steel wool to keep the glaze glossy. Glazes are formulated without added lead or cadmium and produced to food-contact standards (EU 1935/2004, FDA 21 CFR) — see Materials & safety.
