About this piece
Painted with one continuous wavy stroke of the brush, so the ripple never quite repeats. The flared rim makes it a good cup for cocoa with all the trimmings, and the slim handle stays cool in the hand.
Size & capacity
11cm high × 8.5cm diameter. Capacity 350ml.
Material & care
Vitreous enamel on 1.2mm steel, fired twice at 800°C. Dishwasher safe, oven safe to 230°C, freezer safe. Not microwave safe. Avoid metal utensils and steel wool to keep the glaze glossy. Glazes are formulated without added lead or cadmium and produced to food-contact standards (EU 1935/2004, FDA 21 CFR) — see Materials & safety.
