About this piece
A deep rolled rim that keeps sauce where it belongs, and a speckled face that hides the odd knife mark. The steel core is pressed to 1.2mm before the glaze goes on, which is where the durability comes from.

26cm diameter. Capacity Place setting.
Material & care
Vitreous enamel on 1.2mm steel, fired twice at 800°C. Dishwasher safe, oven safe to 230°C, freezer safe. Not microwave safe. Avoid metal utensils and steel wool to keep the glaze glossy. Glazes are formulated without added lead or cadmium and produced to food-contact standards (EU 1935/2004, FDA 21 CFR) — see Materials & safety.
