About this piece
Brushed with vertical meadow stripes while the glaze is still tacky, which is what gives the stripes their slightly wavering edge. Oven-safe, so it also works as a small baking mould for a single portion.
Size & capacity
10cm high × 7.5cm diameter. Capacity 300ml.
Material & care
Vitreous enamel on 1.2mm steel, fired twice at 800°C. Dishwasher safe, oven safe to 230°C, freezer safe. Not microwave safe. Avoid metal utensils and steel wool to keep the glaze glossy. Glazes are formulated without added lead or cadmium and produced to food-contact standards (EU 1935/2004, FDA 21 CFR) — see Materials & safety.
